Eclat Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at the esteemed Uber Luxury Resort in Pench Nagpur. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, menu development, and food quality, and leading a team of passionate culinary professionals.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire kitchen operation and ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.

• Manage menu development, incorporating innovative concepts and local flavors while ensuring a diverse and appealing dining experience for our guests.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of culinary professionals to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Collaborate with food and beverage management to plan and execute special events, themed dinners, and other culinary initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in the luxury hospitality industry.

• Extensive knowledge of culinary standards, trends, and techniques with a strong focus on quality and creativity.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Knowledge of local and international cuisines and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
