Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our Client at Premier Business Hotel in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front office department, delivering exceptional guest service, and managing a team of front office personnel.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries.

  • Ensure that guests receive a warm welcome and provide them with information about the resort's facilities and services.

  • Manage and coordinate all front desk activities, including assigning duties to the front office staff, handling guest complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Monitor the performance of the front office staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, payments, and interactions using the property management system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the resort.

  • Strive to achieve and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by understanding their needs and resolving any concerns promptly.

  • Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to make informed decisions and contribute to the resort's success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in property management systems and other relevant software.

  • Knowledge of front office operations, including reservations, guest services, and revenue management.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
