F&B Manager
Eclat Hospitality is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our Client at one of the breathtaking hill resort property. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and possess a minimum of 5 years of F&B management experience, we want to hear from you!
Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all F&B operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction

• Develop and implement innovative menus, maintaining high standards of food quality

• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability within the department

• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated F&B staff to deliver outstanding service

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of F&B operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a resort setting

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
