Position Overview:
As a Female Reservation Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience a seamless and memorable stay at our resort. You will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and promptness
Handle booking inquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms
Provide guests with detailed information about resort facilities, amenities, and services
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
Update and maintain reservation records to ensure accurate billing and guest communication
Assist in managing room inventory and maximizing occupancy rates
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and proactively resolve any concerns
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special packages and offers
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of resort services, promotions, and local attractions
Uphold the resort's high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with reservation software systems is preferred
Knowledge of Maldives local attractions and activities is a plus
