COCKTAIL SESSION 2019 AT School of Hospitality & Culinary Art (The Neotia University) under the guidance of Mr Rahul Chowdhury (Head faculty - Food & Beverage Service )

This was the first Cocktail session held at School of Hospitality & Culinary Art at The Neotia University. The total session continued for four days which includes guided tastings, Beverage & Wine knowledge, Handling of Bar equipments & Making & Service of different drinks. Some of the classes were “The Science of Flavor: How Biology, Genetics and Psychology Affect Your Perception of Flavor in Cocktails,” and “Making Cocktails in the Home.” The students of School of Hospitality & Culinary Art had also participated in making of various cocktails as well as were actively involved in various tasting sessions. The students participated in this competition with great enthusiasm.

Different types of cocktails were made, such as Muddy Banana Slide, Stylo Cosmo, Frozen Banana Splash, etc.
