 Starting his career as a Management Trainee with the Taj Group of Hotels, he learned the science and the art of hospitality across some of the best hotels of the world. He quickly rose to leadership positions at such iconic hotels as Taj President, Mumbai, Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur, & Taj Lands End, Mumbai. Part of the core implementation teams that launched services such as Concierge, Revenue Management, Butler Services, he was always at the forefront of the new! A Tata Business Excellence Model certified facilitator, a certified Trainer, he then completed the General Manager’s Program at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. After opening the Taj Chandigarh, he decided to try out other arenas. Did a series of Training programs for AMEX across the country, launched a National Council Accredited Hospitality Institute as Principal, got involved with hotel projects and then moved into hospitality consulting, recruitment & training. Currently based out of Chandigarh, he continues to assist service organizations in creating WOW processes! He is also the national representative of CTH- UK, Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality, a management education awarding body in UK.
